Educational, Training & Certification Platform
By registering, joining, teaching, promoting, or participating in this platform, every member, educator, trainer, associate, employee, or representative (βParticipantβ) agrees to read, understand, and comply with these Terms & Conditions, Company policies, Code of Conduct, and applicable laws.
1. Nature of the Platform
This platform is primarily established for educational programs, professional training, skill development, and certification courses. Participation is voluntary. Individuals who are genuinely interested in learning, teaching, training, or supporting the platform are welcome to join.
2. Salary, Commission & Benefits
Salary, commission, incentives, and other benefits shall be provided only according to the applicable role, eligibility criteria, performance requirements, written agreement, and Company policy. No participant shall represent that the Company guarantees fixed income, profit, commission, or financial returns unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Profit & Business Responsibility
The Company may experience profit or loss depending on business conditions. Participants acknowledge that business performance can change and that compensation shall remain subject to the applicable agreement and policy. Every participant must act responsibly and professionally.
4. Company Products
Employees, educators, or associates receiving monthly benefits may be eligible or required to purchase or use certain upcoming Company products only where such requirement is clearly stated in the applicable agreement and permitted by law. No false representation or forced purchase shall be made.
5. Policy Compliance
Every participant must strictly follow Company policies, ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and lawful instructions. Fraud, misleading statements, misconduct, unauthorized commitments, misuse of Company property, or violation of policy may result in suspension or termination of the participant's ID/account.
6. Termination
For serious or repeated violations, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate an ID/account, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
7. Acceptance
By joining and continuing participation, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to conduct themselves honestly, professionally, and responsibly.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time in accordance with applicable law.
